Apartments in Yerevan: List.am

One of the most popular websites is www.list.am; it is trilingual site (Armenian, Russian and English) with numerous ads about buying, selling and renting apartments, cars and etc. In order not to get lost in the flow of information, we will give you some instructions for proper search. On this website, registration is not required, the information is available to all. However, there is a problem with the Armenian-language ads placed private users and those ads, unfortunately, can not be edited or translated. Therefore, follow our instructions, and we’ll teach you to find an apartment, even without understanding the national language.

First you need to go to the real estate section, select the subcategory “for rent”, and a new page will open.

On the left side there is a sidebar, where, first of all, you should choose – private ads to directly contact the landlord without a broker.

Next, you must choose terms for apartments: monthly or daily; the desired amount of payment, number of rooms and preferred region. Note that in Armenia daily price for an apartment is more expensive than, monthly. Therefore, if you plan to stay in Armenia for a couple of weeks, you should book an apartment for a month. Apartments in Yerevan: Estate.am

Another site on which you will be able to rent an apartment is www.estate.am, specialized only in the purchase, sale and rental of apartments, villas and land. This website as well as the previous one provides information in three languages. However, this site transfers its entire content to the appropriate language interface so that you can easily check the details about the apartment. Estate.am stands out among competitors in the availability and quality of information, because the specialists are working on the text ads. Note that this service is paid to the owners, but it is completely free for the visitors.

If for some reason you find it difficult to climb stairs, and there is no elevator in the building, Estate.am enables you to search apartment only on the 1 floor. You should only choose the point in extended search.

If you are dealing with an agency there will be generally established document that supports both sides equally. If the document has agency stamp the contract has legal power.
